Mood, sleep, and

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the mind program treat?
Mood, sleep, energy, and the everyday mental health that sits underneath them. The aim is steadiness: sleeping better, feeling more level, and having the energy to feel like yourself.
Is this therapy or medication?
It is clinician-led, and the plan depends on you. That can mean sleep and routine work, medication where a clinician decides it is appropriate, or a referral to a therapist. We do not push one answer by default.
Why look at my labs for mental health?
Because mood and energy are not only in your head. Sleep, thyroid, hormones, and metabolism all shape how you feel. A team that can see your bloodwork can rule those in or out instead of guessing.
Is this a crisis service?
No. This is ongoing care, not emergency care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) in the US, or call 911. Please do not wait for a message reply.
