No. Subjective doesn’t pick a diet for you. Your plan never chooses a calorie target for you. Three of the four first practices need no calorie counting. You choose how much to track.
Your guide can add a short GLP-1 section. It covers eating enough and keeping strength while appetite is smaller. No medication or dose details are needed. Subjective does not monitor symptoms, recommend doses or make treatment decisions.
Not to read your guide. Read and print it without an account. A free account saves your plan and your daily log.
That’s okay. A blank day isn’t a zero unless you say so. You can fill in any day from the last 120 days. The weekly review is optional.
No. Subjective is a personal wellness tool for adults in the U.S. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment decisions, or emergency care.
There’s no public phone app. Subjective works in your phone’s browser, with nothing to install.
It’s saved to your own account. We don’t sell it or use it for ads. Optional analytics stay off unless you turn them on. When you choose Estimate food, your description is sent to OpenAI to estimate nutrition. Review the result before saving. You can enter food manually instead.
