Refund Policy

Full refund within 30 days
If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you get a full refund of that payment. No questions, no phone call, no retention gauntlet. Cancel from Manage membership and email us to request the refund, or reply to your receipt.
This applies to your first membership term. It is a genuine money-back window, not a store credit.
Pro-rata refund after the window
After the first 30 days, if you cancel mid-term we refund the unused portion of the term you have already paid for, on a pro-rata basis. You keep access through the part of the term you used; you are not charged for the part you did not.
Renewals follow the same rule: cancel before a renewal and you are not charged for the next term; cancel after a renewal and the pro-rata rule applies to that term.
Full refund if it isn't clinically appropriate
Paying for a membership is not the same as being prescribed a treatment. Your plan is built by a licensed clinician after they review your intake. If the clinician determines that a program is not clinically appropriate for you, you get a full refund — regardless of the 30-day window.
In other words: the purchase comes before the clinical review, and the clinical review can undo the purchase. You are never locked into paying for care that a clinician says isn't right for you.
How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel in two clicks from Manage membership. To request a refund, email care@subjective.health from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; refunds, where they apply, follow the rules above. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
