Anything I want to remember? (optional)
A personal record, not a target or a required weighing schedule. An average alone does not establish a trend.

How to use the log
- Write the Sunday date at the top, then circle pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg). Keep one unit throughout the sheet.
- For each day you choose to record, write its date and one reading. The seven rows make room for a week; they are not a requirement to weigh every day.
- Leave unrecorded days blank. A missing reading is not zero, and you do not need to guess a number to fill the page.
- If you want an average, keep its unit and recorded-day count beside it. The free weekly average calculator can do that arithmetic from the readings you enter.
The optional note is for context you want to remember. It does not have to explain a change in weight. To reflect on the whole week, use the weekly review worksheet.
Common questions
Is this a daily or weekly weight tracker?
It is one sheet for one week, with a row for each day. You can use just the rows you need. This page does not choose a weighing schedule for you.
Can I use kilograms?
Yes. Circle kg at the top, and use kilograms for every reading on that sheet. Do not mix pounds and kilograms in one average. If the unit of an older reading is unknown, check the original record before using it.
What if I miss several days?
Leave those rows blank. If you calculate an average, divide by the number of recorded days, not automatically by seven. With one reading, the average is that reading and represents only one day.
Does the PDF save my entries to Subjective?
No. These are blank sheets for printing, with no fillable fields or account connection. Keep completed copies wherever you normally keep personal records. For a copy of records you have already saved in the app, see Print or download your data.
Can I share the blank sheet?
Yes. Share the blank PDF or this guide with a friend or group. Keep the source address visible so they can find the free calculator and the current version. A completed sheet contains personal information; sharing the blank version keeps your readings out of it.
